Has anyone tried purchasing from this site?

Someone sent me a whatsapp saying he'll refund a purchase.
Sounds shady, I know. I am not looking for more messages saying how shady it is and sounds like fraud.
I want to hear from people who actually heard about this site and have anything to add.
