best way to get from tlv to spain? bizz or first book on which airline transfer from amex to?
looking for "real" seats not empty seats in middle
i flew from zrh->tlv i didnt know thursday night is the empty seat ( and sunday am)
Iberia has real business class seats, not sure if they have it on every flight though.

Useless? I'd take an actual bed over an "extra empty seat" turned into a bed any day of the week, and I imagine so would most people.

Besides, what happens in a full cabin? Or even a 3/4th full and you're not next to an empty seat? No such problems on the 744.
The LH sep bed is hard and high. Seat turned into bed is comfortable and sheltered. Just my 2c

Weird that they couldn't do a better job once they were going down that route. Still has the unique factor.

I didn't find it too exposed. Especially since the seat separates you from the aisle. But, as PG mentioned, I don't know why it has to be *that* high.

no in coach, British Airways LHR > JFK. plenty of snoozing time. My friend slept on the 3 seats on top and I slept under those 3 seat. Good int'l sleep before the seat belts were needed for landing.
