CX F was better then my sleep on the ground
IF JFK-YVR is merely a tease, the reverse route is even worse, I couldnt sleep because they kept me up to serve the inedible Omnitzkys meal 

I just told them before takeoff that I need to sleep on the flight and dont want to be bothered as I have work in the morning (some of us still do that from time to time). She set up the mattress topper before takeoff so that as soon as we pulled up I reclined to a heavenly sleep- only to be awakened a few short hours later for landing.

My perfect F would be...

LH 747 seat+bed combo + car to plane

Edit: Would need a mileage run to top off around 10k PQM for 1k . Otherwise will be stuck at platinum. Don't think it's worth it for platinum IMO.

Nothing international. A few cross country Y, but not enough. The main issue is the UA challenges only award for UA operated segments, so that cuts out the ex-FRA flight. EWR-BOM is an option but it's more expensive .

CX is starting to fly their A350 to YVR  (but not on the flight which continues on to JFK) is the J seat the same as I'm the 777 that we're used to?
