yes.
it's 1-2-1
Just make sure the seats are next to Each other. I had middle seats on 77W 1-2-1 but they were not side by side. We couldnt even see each other.

I have been reading some of the review on LH F (various bloggers) and they all seem to agree that their product is going downhill.
JFK-MUC
Currently have 2 J class (Austrian) Trying to figure out if its worth changing my tickets ($250 fee) to switch to LH F + I need to add another stop over.
Any opinions on LH F Recently?
(If is was a switch to something like Cathay I wouldn't think twice, just with all the poor reviews Im seeing not sure what to do?)
LH F isn't going to compare well with the Asian carriers or shower classes, but it's a good product and a great lounge in FRA.

I've heard similar logic. Eastbound is generally overnight so you are sleeping and can't enjoy the product. Westbound is usually day so you may nap an hour or 2, but can enjoy the product more
OTOH, I sleep better in F as it's less cramped and the bedding is better.

If I'm flying on lh j (unless I can get f within 15 days), is there a lounge with showers available to J passengers in FRA for a 3.5 hour layover?

Depends which terminal you are in. I flew JFK-FRA-TLV in January. I didnt check if there was an arrivals lounge and went straight to connection terminal which had decent lounge but no showers.

You need to search on a site besides AC and UA and then call to book.

Wow, good to know. Lucky keeps on writing that it's hard coded at UA and AC.

If it was just the miles I would upgrade. Not sure its worth the $250 change fee + additional stopover, gets me to my destination 4 hours later

Our FRA jfk flight is sq J for 80k each. There are suites available at standard award of 130k. Having never been in J or f before is it worth the splurge? (doing lh j, or F if I can get it... EF shows no lh f in my outbound ).
I have plenty of points and rarely travel, especially not internationally.
It is just me and wife for 10th anniversary.
Thoughts?

Nothing at all wrong with the old suites, it's a phenomenal product. Depending on the plane it might be a little dated/worn but it's still a great overall experience.

Obviously I get no benefit from the better food in suites, so what else can I tell my wife to convince her it's worth it?
She said she's never been in J anyhow and sq J seems very nice and comfortable, so since we can't have thr food, why bother? Can we have any of the alchohol?
