I actually outsmarted them buy subscribing and saved additional 20%. some reps will even allow the $10 gift card to be applied to the order. my order for 24 jumbo rolls = 36 regular rolls was $16.22

Play around a bit until you can get the subscribe and save with store pickup (Otherwise it doesn't go into your cart). On final checkout page, quickly change the delivery method to home. (Once it's in your cart, it will not kick it out.) It'll ship to home! I got mine, ordering it this way. The 20% will apply, however a $10 gift card is not automatically added to your cart. You need to call in and they will send one right away. Try asking the rep to apply the $10 to your order instead. Worked for me. 24 Jumbo rolls = 36 regular rolls shipped for $16.13
