Had two of my transactions flagged for fraud and declined by CC. Staples called me for both, and sent emails explaining I'd need to call in with alternative form of payment. Called in, gave them alternate CC. Took care of both orders with the same rep.

Got two messages from staples about payment issues, I called back, the CSR found the two transactions, I told her it was cos I don't usually use this CC at staples so the bank froze them, but it's all clear and she should try the same card again and both went through on the spot.
