I know of other threads that don't have wikis yet, like Spain, so I would say no.

I hope to take on some threads soon, I just want to finish my TR first.

Perhaps at the top of every destination thread should be a list of airlines that fly there from major hubs.

i.e. Costa Rica

I don't think that's such an "oh people should do a little bit of work". It's a Q often asked in TR threads. The reason I think it should be left out is because for a lot of places, there a lot of possible routings and therefore I don't think it makes sense to list them all. Ex. Sure, there might only be a few flights direct to TLV from NYC, but you can stop in 10 different countries in Europe and then fly from there to TLV. And the same with most destinations I think.

When you make the link, put an = and then the link in the first URL tag, and put whatever text you want displayed between the two URL tags.

This is what it should look like when you make it:

This is how it'll be displayed:

Maui, HI Master Thread
