I registered an did not get my card, so I emailed them. They only gave me the $25 card, but since I was not targeted, this is a small victory.

Our sincere apologies your $25 Best Western Promotional Travel Card emailed on August 5 was not seen. Another copy is attached to this email. This Travel Card is valid through  September 30, 2014.
 
In regard to the $100 Best Western Promotional travel Card, as of yet that card has not been issued.

I just got another email from them. If you did not get your card, email them!! A two minute email will get you $125!!
