Either LX switched their 343 lie flat J on the ZRH-TLV route and Dan convinced UA to put him on Ua 84 instead.
Or he convinced them to do it because they couldn't book LX F when it showed as available...

Booked a phantom LX J on the F party day. It got stuck in SHARES as waitlisted and an ESD agent moved us to UA nonstop with her apologies

It just dawned on me -- an hour after reading your first post -- that you are flying to Albany to take the Bar Examination. I kept thinking that there must be some kind of alcohol-consumption destination, known as The Bar, and for some reason you were excited to fly there!
