Where can I find this on jetblue.com ?

I found it when searching for a flight and selecting fare details.

My question now is if I book a $599 fare for 26k miles and later want to switch it to another $599
fare will I then need to pay the difference in miles (the extra %25) ?

These sales happen all the time, so you could still speculatively transfer from Amex even if the dates don't work for you.

Bonuses happen much more rarely.

Bonuses and sales happening at the same time are rarer still.

Bonuses, sales, and Mint being reduced as part of a promo, all happening at the same time is happy birthday.
