Author Topic: PSA Barclay's Arrival WMC Does Not Cover CDW In Israel (Read 3276 times)

As of yesterday.

I spoke to Citi yesterday. Phone rep told me that the Premier's CDW coverage has no exclusions. I asked for an emailed Letter of Coverage, it has yet to arrive. I plan on renting with the Premier and trying to pay at the end with Arrival.

I did call before i posted- but the rep just said she doesn't she exclusions- but also that she cant email me any paper to provide to rental company...

I plan on doing the same - with Chase sapphire card
I remember being asked before at hertz if I want to pay on same card...

You need to call the benefit company, not the bank.

A competent bank rep should be able to answer the question and process a request for a letter of coverage from the insurer. The Citi benefits dept did just that.
