Why do you need countries so that countries fight each other and kill innocent and guilty people?

Why don't we just make one country called Planet Erath and we all live in peace and harmony?

Sometimes I wonder if the unification of the world's society through the internet and social media is the a sign of moshiach.

Not sure what this has to do with moshiach - just the opposite. The Rambam says nations will heavily fight each other an the years leading to Moshiach's arrival.

And social media has only brought more hate and fighting. See the mobsters in Ferguson and the Arab spring = only more hate and killings - all in the name of human rights.

There will always be bad people to take care of - just as the most modernized city in the world has to have police dealing with criminals.
