Got an email offer for a plat. 50k/5k. I already had the card but I don't see any "language" in the invite. Yay or nay?

Can I add her as an AU right now on my platinum card and then call priority pass and get a membership? Or do I need to wait for her to receive the platinum card 1st? Tia

Don't need to wait however you  need to wait tell the card number is generated which takes about 24 hours

I saw a while back, but haven't been keeping up with things, that people were possibly getting cards closed for using offers not targeted to them. Did/does that still apply, and if so, to someone at same address and same last name? Biz vs personal?

So, this new Sep rule that after 30 days the af is not prorated, does this apply to af that post after Sep 1, or also to old ones?
My af posted July 20, do I get till Sep 20, or come Sep and I might as well keep the card for a year?

You can downgrade.
I understand that after Sep even if you downgrade you have to pay the full 450
