Because one of the req's is to stay at 2 different HI. Perhaps HIE is not included.

I wonder if BRGs would count.

I signed up, and got the 25k for completing 1 offer plus another 25k for completing 1 more offer. But no offers show up on the bottom to complete, says to unlock, but nowhere to click to unlock any offers.
