I think it's a nice looking device, though some configurations looked pretty ugly to me. However, Apple has been pushing "customization" so it makes sense not everyone will like all the options.
From the keynote the watch didn't seem to be so intuitive to use, unlike other apple products. I guess we'll have to wait and see what it's really like to use one.
Overall, I feel that this is the first time that apple released a fully fleshed 1st generation product that isn't missing obvious features.
Sales wise, I think that the Sport version will do the best, as that serves the large health-oriented demographic, who'd probably be willing to buy an apple watch even if they have a dumb watch already.
