if it's over 5-10 K maybe not 1K.
Try to cash it through your bank app if that doesn't work fax or scan the check on a computer and send it to someone in America and ask them to login for you and cash it.

i would not recommend having someone login for u. if ur desperate, email someone the check in the us, and have them deposit it into ur bank at the branch.
