Don't remember the the name of store, but there's a store off Kikar Ha'shabbos, otw up to Yisha'ayhu St, on the right hand side, they sell these stuff.
Or the known leather store on Ge'ula, I think they sell Parker pens.
Wasn't there in long time so don't recall the store names.

Lol, I don't think the signs ever lasted more then a day or two, before the cleaning crew comes along to clear all the signs.
On malchai yisroel by one of the toy stores walking from kikkar shbs on the left side, they had very decent umbrellas for a decent price, better quality and decent prices then elsewhere.
I picked up an umbrella to buy but she couldn't get my cc to work, i tried 3 of them (3 cc's) before I lost patience and continued walking in the drizzle.(something must have been wrong with her cc terminal).

The best answer I can give you is take a walk from mei shearim all the way down to Geulah, there are hundreds with different shapes, designs, colors, sizes.

And whichever store you going to buy it from you could definitely try to haggle with them.
