My problem with that one is the milk container doesn’t stay refrigerated.

The Perfect Amount Of Milk
During the extraction process, the integrated carafe dispenses milk in adjustable levels for taste. Simply remove from the unit to keep freshly refrigerated. The unit is also designed so no milk comes in contact with the machine – and is dishwasher safe.

i am not a coffee and milk drinker, i have this one : Citiz & Milk (for the wife) and verry happy.

you could buy it at Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20%off for new costumer ..

i almost never drink a latte ... only outside when i buy a ugly coffee (aka Starbuck) so no choice but to take a latte

every morning, afternoon or soever only a good Ristretto and we are all set 8)

+1 so I've had them better at other places I am very glad Starbucks started carrying this. 
Very enjoyable and with the bubbles you don't even need to add sugar even for those who enjoy their coffee sweet.
