yes SUNs post as an eligible night usually even though officially they should not
The best was when FFNs posted as an eligible night. Typically buying something like a drink was enough to trigger that.
That way free FFN nights triggered more FFNs :)

Im trying to book a 4 night stay in cat 1 5k + 3k suite upgrade per night. I did this successfully last year at same hotel. Twitter rep is saying cant do it bec suite is sold out for point upgrades (even though the suite is available for paid stay) . I thought suite upgrade is automatic as long as its available. Is the rep correct or HUCA?
This is prob the right thread for ^

They once did it for me when I lost availability while on the phone booking. Don't think it's a big deal for them to do it.

Had several bookings the first week of this year. None are showing as qualified nights, should they?

yes I have seen reports of points bookings not posting properly. This is a new thing so it is glitchy so if it doesn't post 48 hours after checkout date PUTPAC

I am going to the Beaver Creak Park Hyatt and would love to be able to add a globalist persons number to my reservation so I can get an upgrade to a suite. Leaving tomorrow. Please let me know if anyone is willing to allow me to add them to my reservation . Happy to compensate in Hyatt points if i get the suite upgrade.

Does anyone have experience when booking an award stay for another person and adding them as a guest, does the account holder have to be by check in?
