Since October 12, 2015, the prepaid REDcard (Redbird) can only be loaded at Target with cash. It can still be loaded online with a bank-issued debit card, up to $200/day and $1K/month.

Therefore, for MS (manufactured spending) Redbird is now considered dead. RIP!

Check those few pages. Was discussed a lot then.
Yes, thanks, a few things still are not clear to me:
1. Is the dollar limit for this process (can we call it split-tender?) $1000?
2. Is there a 3-swipe limit (a la WM/BB/Serve) such that I could only do $200 x 3 = $600?

I have gone through all the pages in May and still haven't confirmed the above questions. Thanks!

The single-day limit to load the RC is $2500.
but the transaction limit is $1k. That's why people used to do the FT method before it died
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

What's the advantage of buying VGCs from giftcardmall.com over Staples etc. If there's a shipping fee? I'm trying to purchase $4k in GCs (8x $500). TIA
Edit: The purpose is to load the redcard with said GCs.

Staples doesn't have $500 GCs.

No PMs necessary
5RC x 5k x 2xMR with PRG for VGC/MGC=50k
If you have half a brain you can figure out that equation on your own. Like i said no PMs necessary.

So for 50k points, you are paying out of pocket about $300.
Calculation: 50 $500 VGC * $5.95 =$300

What does the 50k points get you?

$297.50 to be exact and 50k MR gets you a million and one different combinations of flights...each month. If i sold them at .01@ I'm still ahead of the game and Dan values them at much more than that.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Groceries like shop rite and stop & shop
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.
