What wouldn't be allowed?
My Target wouldn't let me take any that weren't activated. I would have sent em out for just the cost of a stamp. Too bad.

I can vouch for Hamavin. I know that he sold a bunch already. If you don't like that he was selling the stop & shop gas points at a premium than dont buy them. Nothing he offered is deceptive.
