Due to winter weather forecasted to impact the Northeast region, we will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling on Thursday, February 9, 2017, to/from the following cities:

Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Sunday, February 12, 2017, prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before Tuesday, February 7, 2017.

Google only shows 1 segment of it is cancelled. Maybe CX rep was looking at the other segment..

Interline agreements don't have to do with reaccommodation agreements.

12:25 domestic flight from EWR boarding right now.. seems like it will take off.

Depending on your personal experience, you might not start off by mentioning the Israeli law. You might end up getting something else (such as amazon gift cards or travel voucher), and then you can bring up the law, and they will have to give you that in cash (check).

Hi, I  was booked on round trip ticket to Israel on El Al. The return flight on 2/11/17 was cancelled due to the pilot strike. they let me know about cancellation 5 hours before my flight that is was rescheduled from 12AM on 2/11 to 230 Pm 5/12. I got them to put me on a Al Atalia flight with a stopover ( the 230 PM was also cancelled at the end, B"H I switched). This headache cost me an extra night in the hotel and meals. Also had no kosher food on flight. any chance on getting anything from El Al or just forget about it and be happy i made it home.
