If someone uses zappos with amazon login and does returnes can that cause a shut down on their amazon account?

Its not all returns, its just issues with a price so it requires an adjustment, when am item is out of stock asking for a credit (we dont know anything about that in this forum.

I got an email tonight from "cis@amazon" stating over the course of my amazon history (close to 10 years) i have had to many refunds and issues, basically if i keep it up they threatened to shut down my account.

Anyone else ever get this? is it legit?
