Until now. I ordered the Lays Chips, it hasn't come yet, I emailed them, they apologized, but didn't extend Prime membership.

I got an email tonight from "cis@amazon" stating over the course of my amazon history (close to 10 years) i have had to many refunds and issues, basically if i keep it up they threatened to shut down my account.

Anyone else ever get this? is it legit?

Over the course of the lifetime of my acct? 40-50 but that includes actually returning a pair of shoes or returning clothing that didn't fit. Adds up quickly.

About 250, Its what happens when you shop online though, constant issues and returns.
