No one charges YQ on United metal, as far as I know.

Couldbe cause first leg is with Portugal airline (or somethingon). On aeroplan the break down didnt show YQ rather a whole bunch of diffrent fees (and taxes) so not sure why aeroplan had so much more then UA

If you're not interested in Aeroflot then Ukraine is probably not for you either, it's rated worse. I personally had a very pleasant experience flying Aeroflot.

whats best way to book ba avios on aa for flight tomorrow.? all avios call centers seem to be closed now and ba.com not showing any aa avalability but aa has plenty of space.
any work around or need to call in am?

Did you try the Update: at the top of the post? Most people have had luck with that..

Trying to book TLV-YEG OW anytime between July 29 - Aug 6.
I have enough SPG/UR for 6 Y tkts, but can't find availability with any airline.
What routings might be open this time of year? (through Asia?)
What about cheap tickets to EUR and getting an award flight from there?
Any help is appreciated?
