Catching the flu is easy. Preventing it should be, too. That's why we're bringing you UberHEALTH - FREE flu prevention packs and flu shots on demand. Together with Vaccine Finder, we're helping you stay healthy this season.
HOW IT WORKS
UberHEALTH will be available 10am - 4pm today, Tuesday, November 18th.
To request, choose the UberHEALTH option in your app. An uberX will arrive with your very own flu prevention pack - goodies to keep you healthy!
Before arrival, you'll be contacted with the option to request flu shots from a registered nurse for up to 10 people.
THE DETAILS
Cost: FREE
Flublok vaccines are generously provided by Protein Sciences, and will be administered by a registered nurse from Passport Health.
All consent information and paperwork will stay between the recipient and Passport Health. Flublok vaccines are appropriate for ages 18 and up.
If you or your friends choose to be vaccinated, please arrange for a suitable indoor environment before your nurse arrives.
