Getaway for 2+ baby

Looking for ideas for a scenic/romantic getaway for the end of December that would be good for a couple with an 8 month old baby. Somewhere not more than 4 hours away from DC (to any direction). Not NYC and the area or any other major town (anywhere with kosher option or kosher nearby is a bonus).

4 hours drive. I should add that we're not into skiing so a place with indoor pool would be ideal. Thanks!
