I've only seen reports of people getting it on the US Airways cards, rather than asking about other specific cards if anybody sees this on a card other than the US airways card, let the rest of us know.

Costs them about ~$5/yr to send out paper statements, so this is a pretty generous promotion - let's hope they extend it to all cards.

YES I JUST CLICK ON ANOTHER CARD AND THAT CARD MOVES INTO POSITION
MY 2 CARDS ARE UNDER SAME LOG IN

I BRING UP ONE OF THEM AND CHANGE TO PAPER LOG OUT SEE THE OFFER
LOG OUT AND DO SAME FOR 2ND CARD

GOT 2 E/M CFMING CHANGE
