Im not sure if this was posted yet but it seems that at least for the citi aadvantage world card the car rental ins is not admin'd by masterental anymore but by a company called chubb group for more info call:   1866 934 1138
chubb claims dept. - 1-800-252-4670
(regarding the citi aadvantage world card i called and they still cover israel)

When I contacted CHASE about delayed luggage on a ticket purchased with CO WMC the correspondence  I received was from Chubb. So it seems like WMC might use them dunno.

Chubb has been administering the insurance included with the Citi Amex for years....

I had a claim 2 years ago and it was a middling to average PITA.....

To be honest it was my only CC insurance claim ever so I have no reference points....

that may be but the mc was done by masterental till now.
