Depends how he's departing.  EY will take you to the airport as well even on an award ticket.  EK won't.

Landing at 6:30am. Where should I take the Chauffer from EY to? The mosque or Dubai? And how should I plan out my day.

I land 6:30 leave at midnight. I do plan on spending an hour or two at the Arrivals lounge first.
