@Dav, that's absolutely ridiculous, of course the carriers don't know or have any information especially the CS department, if the CS reps had info, we'd all about it, did you really think you'll be ahead of the game if you chatted with a dumb AT&T Rep?

If no SD slot or waterproof or removable battery, then I am done with samsung. Only reason i got the s5 is for those 3 features. I'm off to LG or HTC if this is true.

I doubt that they would get rid of that feature. Alot of people need the removable memory and people would just switch to another company that has it, and then Samsung would lose money. Unless they make the phone with a ton of memory that way you would never wind up filling it up.

All those 3 features are vital features.
I've used the waterproof feature numerous times including snorkeling in MLE

DOn't know if i'd risk that. only protected up to 3.3 feet for 30 minutes...

snorkeling... Not scuba diving. Didn't go so deep with it or for that long. Got some amazing videos though.

It's incredible. I also could not live without my multiple batteries when traveling
