How does it work" Do I need to transfer 30K at a time to get the 5K bonus or if I transferred 80K at once would it be no problem to get the 20K bonus in one transaction?

You can transfer in multiples of 20,000 to get the 5k bonus per 20k but IIRC they cap the transfer per day to 99,999 so you shouldnt transfer more than 60,000 per day to get 75,000
