Free WSJ is back at RewardsGold - 39 or 26 weeks

Got an email from RG saying the 26 week free WSJ is back in their store, but upon clicking "view all" you can see that they also have a 39 week sub. Supposedly won't work as a renewal or gift so use unique info.


None of the prior links worked, but you can easily get a free sub by doing the following:


1. Create an account with a new name/email address here: http://www.rewardsgold.com/join.php
2. On that page, invite two "friends" with unique email addresses (bob1@gmail.com, bob2@gmail.com etc.)
3. Go to the following page and continue inviting friends until you have enough points to redeem for the WSJ, etiher 3400 or 4700 for 26 weeks or 39 weeks respectively: http://www.rewardsgold.com/surv/referfriend.php
4. Go here (http://www.rewardsgold.com/members/rg_store_pg1.php) and click "view all" at the bottom to see the 39 week sub, then click "redeem" and fill out the small form near the top on the right side of the page
5. Wait a few weeks/months and your free WSJ should show up! Use the subscription number on your address label to get digital access.

Had you posted the direct link weeks ago then I would've posted it then...
I was actually posting just the other magazines and then added the WSJ when I was googling site:RG and found the direct link.

When I posted this I tried out the old WSJ link, but it didn't work since I didn't know about the disabling Javascript trick. Hence the fake email addresses to earn points trick.


Hopefully I'll earn it next time!

Nice find! Yeah looking back now seems the new url ends with 39b instead of 39.

I'm just happy to have the free Journal back, been waiting since December!
