50,000 points after spending $1,000 in 3 months:
http://www.dansdeals.com/go/marriott1/

Users are reporting that Chase (ask via SM) will agree to match the 70k offer (or even 80k, apparently) if you spend $3,000.

Once you get the anniversary Category 1-5 certificate, it stays in your account, even if you cancel your card and don't pay the AF.

I cancelled this card on 3/1/2017 and received the bonus for it on 4/16/2018. If i wanted to get the bonus again when is the first time i can sign up for the card? Do i have to wait to sign up until after i received the previous bonus or do i just need to trigger the bonus after  24 months from 4/2016?

Seems the 75k offer with AF waived is public.
https://creditcards.chase.com/a1/marriottpremier?CELL=679Z&nck=161950362&ck=23574057&lk=1000265014
By comparison the 75k offer will yield 85.5k points (incl AU card) after spending $3k, then you could spend $9k on an SPG (for net $12k spend) to get an additional 27k Marriott points for a total of 112.5k points with no AF
-120k offer will yield 127.5k points (incl AU card) after spending $12k (no $85 AF)

-80k offer will yield 90.5k points (incl AU card) after spending $3k (plus $85), then you could spend $9k on an SPG (for net $12k spend) to get an additional 27k Marriott points for a total of 117.5k points

= difference of 10k Marriott points and $85
Effectively with each spending 12k
80k offer =117.5k with $85 AF for year 1 - 10k and $85 behind, 12k not required
75k offer =112.5k with no $85 AF for year 1 - 15k behind, 12k not required.
120k offer =127.5k with $85 AF for year 1
Max return, but requires nearly 12k spend to come out ahead.

Does the 7 day certificate have to be used or booked by the expiration date?

What's the likelihood of getting a 5 day cert travel package? I am 5k points short of the required amount for 5 day cert so I would need to HUCA to find a rep willing to do it + pay for the additional 5K points vs just purchasing a 7 day cert on ddf.
