raf- do you have an email confirmation or any other proof that you tried to make the transfer?
are you sure you finalized the transfer ? on the lasst page when you do transfer did it show your new balance?
I had that once when I thought I cancelled a BA flight and didn't. Everything looked good, since they were telling me what I would get refunded after the cancellation, but I din't click the 'confirm' button, so it didn't happen.
I don't think I got an email confirming my MR --> BA. Although I did get a confirmation linking my BA account to my MR account.
advice: call and call again. Perhaps you'll get a sympathetic rep. But don't count on it.
