Looking for a renovated apartment in flatbush

I need a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, preferably not in a building. I'd like for it to be renovated, with nice sized rooms and washer/dryer in unit is a must (hookup ok). I'm willing to pay up to $2300, give or take. Location should be in the E. 20's from Ave. I- Ave. M.

Just an FYI, I highly doubt you will find a renovated three bedroom, in a house at that price. I was previously in a large 3 bedroom in that area, in a house, and I paid $2,100. That rent jumped up significantly once I moved out.
