Airport Lounge DOs

Saw a similar thread in FT; post here if you're willing to guest some people into a lounge OR if you are looking for access.
Suggested format for posting information:
FOR OFFERING ACCESS:
DATE (MM/DD) / TIME / AIRPORT CODE / LOUNGE LOCATION / DDF USERNAME / + NUMBER OF GUESTS
FOR REQUESTING ACCESS:
DATE (MM/DD) / TIME / AIRPORT CODE / LOUNGE LOCATION / DDF USERNAME
Please note that in some airports (LAX, for example) it is possible to reach both the former CO and UA lounges and in others it may not. Please specify which lounge(s) to which you can provide access.

I mean, that thread seems to have multiple purposes, i.e. just talking about future trips, planning DO's, etc.
I thought a more structured thread exclusively for lounge access could be helpful.
