Why is it that you can walk with a coffee for three blocks and up two flights of stairs without an incident, but when you put it down on your desk, with a movement of just a couple inches it has to spill?  >:(

How can I watch a mets game from israel? I usually watch on tnt but it doesn't come up here.

IME, every body reacts differently to these creams and what works for one person, won't necessarily work for someone else. You have to try a few until you get relief
