I am not opposed to a free market. But if you think there is no implicit bias here then you are fooling yourself.
if you believe there are employers who are biased against women, then don't you think if he (bias employer) had to hire someone and a man a woman with equal skill sets applied he would surely take the man and he doesn't lose out because both must be paid equally. However without equal pay laws the woman could offer to work for less and now the bias employer will only be able to hire the man over the woman for reasons other than skills at a cost to his business. If the woman's skills are more than the man's then what good is that for woman and if her skills are less, than you are denying her the only tool she has to get the job that being lesser pay.

:o I wrote a long post and a different tab caused my browser to crash.
Here it's in short What are the primary colors?
I always thought its rgb, today I learned it can either be RGB or RYB since red and green makes yellow and Blue and yellow makes green.
Why would you choose one (rgb) over the other (RYB) in coding it's rgb #00 ff 00, is there anywhere that RYB would matter? Crayola chose RYB http://www.crayola.com/faq/another-topic/what-are-the-primary-colors/ (copy and paste the link in new tab otherwise it redirects to there home page) any reason to it?

And from Wikipedia I found there is Additive coloring and Subtractive coloring,

Additive coloring
Additive color is light created by mixing together light of two or more different colors. Red, green, and blue are the additive primary colors normally used in additive color systems such as projectors and computer terminals.
Additive color mixing: combining red and green yields yellow; combining all three primary colors together yields white.

Subtractive coloring
Subtractive coloring uses dyes, inks, pigments, or filters to absorb some wavelengths of light and not others. The color that a surface displays comes from the parts of the visible spectrum that are not absorbed and therefore remain visible. Without pigments or dye, fabric fibers, paint base and paper are usually made of particles that scatter white light (all colors) well in all directions. When a pigment or ink is added, wavelengths are absorbed or "subtracted" from white light, so light of another color reaches the eye.

If the light is not a pure white source (the case of nearly all forms of artificial lighting), the resulting spectrum will appear a slightly different color. Red paint, viewed under blue light, may appear black. Red paint is red because it scatters only the red components of the spectrum. If red paint is illuminated by blue light, it will be absorbed by the red paint, creating the appearance of a black object.
Subtractive color mixing: combining yellow and magenta yields red; combining all three primary colors together yields black

Now when you teach the primary colors in school explain this as well to you students, Thanks.

(you can read here more about rgb on screen)

And more here
Comparison of RGB and RYB color wheels

Unlike the RGB (CMY) color wheel, the RYB color wheel has no scientific basis. The RYB color wheel was invented centuries before the 1890s, when it was found by experiment that magenta, yellow, and cyan are the primary colors of pigment, not red, yellow, and blue.

The RGB (CMY) color wheel has largely replaced the traditional RYB color wheel because it is possible to display much brighter and more saturated colors using the primary and secondary colors of the RGB (CMY) color wheel. In the terminology of color theory, RGB color space (CMY color space) has a much larger color gamut than RYB color space.

The physics of how dyes reflect colors I did learn but I did not know how that makes a difference in the primary colors.

To better explain the difference between Additive coloring and Subtractive coloring, there's color relative to light and color relative to ink.

Color relative to light:
When the sun is out its white, when it's not it is dark.
When the computer screen/monitor is off its black, when it's on it could be white.
When you turn on the light in a closed room it's white otherwise it's black
No color = black
Full color = white
This helps explain why #000000 is black and # ffffff is white,
And what luvon gvoiha mkol gvanim, because ohr and choshech is light
You can see all the colors by looking at the sun through a

Color relative to ink:
A clean paper is white you can scribble on it with ryb and it will be black,
You can't scribble on a paper that's not white with diffident colors and turn it into a white paper unless you cover it with a white sheet or paint another layer of white paint,
When you mix all colors it will turn black, you can't mix different colors and have it turn white.
No color = white
Full color = black
This helps explain why crayola chose RYB as the primary colors.
