Just follow other businesses and copy the successful ones.
Follow a lot of people to get people to follow you (and then unfollow afterwards, you want a good ratio.)
Create good promos that get people to repost.

that is very important if you don't want to look like some stalker. and make sure not to over-post. at least until you have many followers. because the pages that post a few times a day get people really annoyed because it disturbs the feed they have from friends and family
