Does anyone have a referral code for their Project FI account?

"Enter a friend's referral code for a $20 Fi credit"

Thanks

Can you use a data only SIM on an iPhone? What about if phone is locked?

I've had issues using it in Israel. It won't pick up the network to start. First time, after calling I was able to connect successfully to a network for the duration of my stay. Second time, I needed to put in a code every few hours to reconnect. They credited me $20 for the trouble

Oh man. Anyone else have this issue? After posting here I did some googling and didn't see any problems with Israel and even saw Dan write that he used it in Israel. Would love more feedback..

ETA: Were you using an iPhone or pixel?

Was using Nexus 5x
Fi uses all the different providers here.
No idea why I had issues and others didn't. When I called Fi they said it was an infrastructure issue in Israel which I doubt is true
