If I book a Delta flight at 2 PM EST, until when can I cancel it for a full refund? Thanks.
Depends where you book it. Priceline until the next day 11 something PM, even within 7 days of the flight.

Sorry, on Delta.com.
Cancellation request must be made by midnight of the day after the eTicket is purchased or midnight of the departure date of the first flight, whichever comes first. Available only for eTickets purchased at the time of reservation through Delta ticket offices and airport ticket counters, Reservation Sales, or at delta.com.

Look like more than 24 hours. Up until midnight. And even within 7 days, as long as before day of departure.

Thanks! Sounds like that would be midnight tonight (if purchased today), but I think it's tomorrow night, no?

Exactly, but I wasn't sure if midnight is part of the new day or the old day... ::)

I believe if it's basic economy, this all only applies 7+ days before the flight.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

If I book LH J with United and then F opens up can I just add the additional miles? Or am I better off booking thru LH and if opens up upgrade thru them?

Really depends on the YQ and what value you're getting for using UA over LH points. What route?
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

It would be NYC-TLV.

AA doesn't fly NYC-ZRH in the summer? I can't find any non stop flights with them. Where can I see the routes they fly and the dates they fly? I know they usually fly daily for the last few years, at least.

Thanks! That is odd. It seems that flights stop on March 24.

ETA: They're moving the flights to PHL. What a pain. AA management are so bad....

You can bid on it I believe, but usually not a great value.

It would be NYC-TLV.
So it would be 140k UA vs 85k LH plus ~$500
The 55k UA are worth more than the YQ. IMO

Why are domestic flights in Turkey so cheap?  I just searched Istanbul to Ataturk and it's $21 round trip!

I guess I'd really like to know why it isn't as cheap here, would be nice to go NYC to Boston for $25
