It is on page 8 of the circular at the bottom. Note that these are vanilla visa's and can't be loaded to a bluebird or to buy a money order at Walmart. Also note the fees: the $200 card has a $6.95 fee and the $100 card has a $5.95 fee. The variable load has a $4.95 fee but it can only be purchased with cash or a debit card. I was at two Office Depot's last week: one did not have the $200 cards and the other did but I saw people taking big stacks of them towards the back of the store (I presume to hide them somewhere in the store so they could get them this week) so the chance of being able to get the $200 ones is probably not that great.

Where does it say Vanilla anywhere in the fine print?

Interesting that the ad says the Visa is issued by Metabank, yet the Vanilla Visa is issued by The Bancorp Bank. I wonder if they did not update their ad since last time.

It doesn't, but I was in 2 different Office Depot's last week and those were the only visa's they had in the store.
