QuickBooks
« on: May 10, 2015, 07:23:34 PM »
Does anybody know if it is still possible to get a free 30-day trial of QuickBooks (not the Online, and preferably the accountant one)?  Did they get rid of it?
I'd appreciate any advice for getting short-term use of it.

They don't offer free trials on the desktop version anymore.

Some textbooks come with a 140 student trial.

Or you can buy a 90-day trial for $19.95 here https://quickbookstraining.com/quickbooks-trial-software-2015.html

I think on eBay you can get qb accountant for students for pretty cheap relatively.

Do you know if this is similar (enough) to the Accountants version?

Question for the quickbooks experts out there:

Is there a way to generate a Donation Receipt for multiple donations? I want to create one receipt for all of someone's donations in 2015.

Thanks!
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

How are you creating the donation receipt in the first place? Sales receipt?

Yes - it's one of the templates you can print/email when you're looking at a sales receipt.

So why not just list all of his donations line after line?

Each one is on a different sales receipt, because they were on different dates. (He sends in a donation once a month).

Can I have different items from different dates on one Sales Receipt?
