I flew on every major airline that flies to Israel non stop from the USA and never experienced worse service than EL AL, the hard and soft product stink, the flight attendants are Chutzbadig and even the phone reps are Chutzbadig, they answer the phone and yell at you.
Have you ever filed a complaint? I have and never even received a response besides the Automated email that "Your email has been received" "We will do our utmost to reply as soon as possible".
I filed a complaint a couple of months back regarding ordering a Strictly kosher meal for my brother which he hasn't received, i filed a complaint and never received a response.
Now i booked my father in First class on a revenue ticket, ordered strictly KSML and he hasn't received it, I called to file a complaint, they told me i need to email Customerr@elal.co.il, which is the same email used for my brother, and no response. i totally had it with them.
