Reopened serve account. Now have serve and Redbird in my name

Several weeks ago my friend accidently sent me money to my closed serve (softcard) account.
When I called about this they re-opened the account for me to retrieve the money and left it
opened. Since I am using it to liquidate and get the $1,500 CC loads and continue to have
a RB card in my name as well.....

I tried this again with another closed account, sent myself $5 to it..and successfully
had it re-opened....
