Well the 50k credit card offer last year was officially only for Washington state residents, and that didn't stop anybody from getting it...

As per this FW post, there is a difference bet ACH DD, and regular DD that say "payroll." If it does not say payroll, it may not qualify fot DD: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/finance/432086/m17126812/#m17126812.

I was actually targeted 2 months after closing my cards... But I don't recall it saying that u need to have a card open...

Whoops i guessed I missed it. I was thinking of going for it... Do you think the fact that I was targeted would help? Even without the card open?
