Am I imagining it or do the big (I.e. Jumbo) bonuses, get followed by devaluations? Last time aa had 100k followed by a big deval etc..

Your right, now that I think about it, it wasn't an aa devaluation, rather the market value went down due to all the account closures...

As in all crimes, look for who has motive

It devalues AmEx, not BA. My hunch, therefore, is it is not AmEx.

Well right at the start of the promo the market value was about 1.45 and now 1.1-1.2 IF you find someone to buy it.
