Are there any serious opportunities for good Canadian cards as a Canadian living in the US that only touches Canadian currency in Canada?
I have a Canadian address, SIN and whatnot.

the offer above is quite good if you don't mind paying 700 dollars annual fee
otherwise there are the BA and SPG
then chase has a canadian marriot card without forex https://www.chase.com/online/canada/canada-home-en.htm and annual fee waived first year

That appears to be a referral link. The referrer will earn 15k.

One thing about the Canadian Amex referral program is that you can self-refer even if you currently have the card. For example, if you currently have the Business Gold, you can send youself a referral email and apply for the card all over again. You will receive 10k points within days of acceptance (can literally show up in 24 hours) and you'll still get the bonus points on the 2nd card even if the first one is still open. Unlike the US program, Canadian Amexes are still fully churnable with no obvious 12 month restrictions.

One thing I'm not sure about is will Amex refund the $699 fee on platinum within 60 days? That's how it works in the US program, anyone with experience trying it in Canada?

Can it also be paid in USD and sent to a US address?

Not a problem to have both us and Canadian credit cards. Once you open an American credit card, you can change address address to Canadian. I've done both with no problems.

the only ba offer i see is for 15k avois just about covers the annual fee of $165 (not worth it imo), is there a better offer available
