AA.com-start "cobrowsing"

I just noticed a new thing today on aa.com which is called "cobrowsing". It basically looks like you can browse online revenue fares or AADVANTAGE fares and then if the agent doesn't see what YOU see, they can join your session to see your browser, that's what it looks like, it's like "log me in/Teamviewer". Is this a new thing?

Have you guys really never had the issue of a phone rep claiming they can't seem to find the flight you're talking about?

Its usually not that they "cant" see, more that they "arent" seeing. In which case, I can see how this is helpful. As oppose to having to spend ten minutes pointing the agent in the right direction, he/she can see it immidiatly
